Role Summary

Cybersecurity Analysts protect an organization’s systems, networks, and data by monitoring for threats, investigating suspicious activity, and supporting the implementation of security controls. They work across IT, security operations, and risk teams to reduce vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor networks, endpoints, and cloud environments for threats
• Investigate alerts, anomalies, and potential security incidents
• Conduct vulnerability scans and support remediation
• Maintain security tools (EDR, SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
• Assist with incident response and forensic analysis
• Support security awareness and policy enforcement
