WC Risk Consultants analyze employer operations, injury trends, and claims data to identify root causes
and recommend targeted risk control strategies. They work closely with HR, safety teams, brokers, and carriers
to improve workplace safety and reduce total cost of risk.

- Analyze injury trends, loss runs, and claim drivers
- Conduct workplace hazard assessments and safety evaluations
- Develop return‑to‑work and modified duty programs
- Review classification codes and experience modification factors
- Recommend safety training and risk control initiatives
- Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and TPAs on WC strategy
- Support employers in reducing claim frequency and severity
- Provide ongoing monitoring and performance reporting
