• Attention to detail and accuracy – critical for managing complex transactions and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel – and often trust-specific platforms like TrustBooks or ProSystem fx.
• Communication and collaboration – to work with legal, financial, and client-facing teams.
• Discretion and ethical judgment – due to the sensitive nature of trust and fund assets.
