Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis
  • Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive plan cycles
  • Maintain job architecture, job descriptions, and compensation frameworks
  • Analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and vendor performance
  • Prepare compensation models, dashboards, and workforce analytics
  • Ensure compliance with pay equity, FLSA, and compensation regulations
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, communications, and employee inquiries
  • Partner with HR and Finance on budgeting and workforce planning
  • Support Total Rewards projects such as plan redesigns or system implementations
