Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hazardous waste management programs
- Train personnel on safety procedures, emergency response, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure safety standards
- Coordinate proper disposal of toxic, flammable, or corrosive materials
- Maintain records of hazardous materials activities and incident reports
- Respond to emergencies involving chemical spills or exposure incidents
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and ensure adherence to EPA, OSHA, DOT, and state laws
- Evaluate and improve workplace practices to reduce environmental impact
Required Skills:
