  • Track shipments and update clients on delivery status
  • Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers to resolve delays or issues
  • Negotiate freight rates and manage carrier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with import/export laws, trade agreements, and Incoterms
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and billing
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align logistics with business goals
  • Monitor carrier performance and recommend process improvements
  • Support customs clearance and duty/tax calculations

 

🎓 Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, international business, or supply chain management
  • Certifications: CDGP, IATA-FIATA, CSCP, CTL, SCPro, Dangerous Goods Handling
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, CargoWise, TMS platforms)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with global trade regulations and customs procedures
