SE-AWMA® – Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor is a specialized designation offered by the College for Financial Planning® – A Kaplan Company. The SE-AWMA® program equips advisors to manage sudden wealth events, multiple income streams, and long-term planning for clients with nontraditional financial trajectories. The curriculum includes qualitative planning, investment strategy, tax and cash flow management, business and estate planning, and employee benefit optimization—all tailored to the needs of athletes, entertainers, and creatives.

- Online self-study program with OnDemand video lectures, reading assignments, and quizzes
- Closed-book final exam; must be completed within 120 days of enrollment

- No formal prerequisites; recommended for experienced wealth advisors and planners
