CEU Eligibility:

This event is expected to offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for IAPP-certified professionals, including CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, and AIGP.

  • Conference sessions typically qualify for up to 12 CPEs
  • Workshops may offer 3–6 CPEs depending on duration
  • IAPP training courses may qualify for up to 13 CPEs per class

Credits are automatically applied to IAPP credentials post-event for certified attendees.

The event also typically seeks Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) accreditation in multiple U.S. jurisdictions.

  • Up to 24 MCLE credits may be available, subject to state bar approval
  • Attorneys must have their badges scanned at eligible sessions and complete an online credit application post-event
  • MCLE credit is not guaranteed and varies by state; self-reporting may be required

International attorneys may request attendance documentation but must self-apply for credit in their home jurisdictions.
