CEU Eligibility:
This event is expected to offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for IAPP-certified professionals, including CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, and AIGP.
- Conference sessions typically qualify for up to 12 CPEs
- Workshops may offer 3–6 CPEs depending on duration
- IAPP training courses may qualify for up to 13 CPEs per class
Credits are automatically applied to IAPP credentials post-event for certified attendees.
The event also typically seeks Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) accreditation in multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
- Up to 24 MCLE credits may be available, subject to state bar approval
- Attorneys must have their badges scanned at eligible sessions and complete an online credit application post-event
