- Conduct Audits: Review financial records, payroll, and business operations to verify that the premiums charged align with the actual risk exposure.
- On-Site & Remote Visits: Perform audits either at the client’s location or remotely using secure portals and phone interviews.
- Data Verification: Analyze documentation such as tax returns, general ledgers, and sales reports to confirm reported figures.
- Reporting: Compile detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommending premium adjustments if necessary.
- Client Communication: Explain audit results, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
