Business Analyst (Insurance)

Role Summary

Insurance Business Analysts bridge business needs and technical solutions. They analyze workflows, gather requirements, and support system enhancements across underwriting, claims, billing, and policy administration. Their work ensures that insurance operations run efficiently and align with strategic goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for system or process changes.
• Map workflows and identify inefficiencies or gaps.
• Support implementation of new tools, platforms, or rating systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Produce reporting and documentation for stakeholders.
