Total Rewards Analyst
The Total Rewards Analyst supports the design, administration, and evaluation of compensation and benefits programs.
This role blends analytical rigor with strategic insight, helping organizations maintain competitive pay structures, equitable rewards programs,
and compliant benefits administration. Total Rewards Analysts play a key role in workforce planning, pay governance, and employee experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis
- Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive plan cycles
- Maintain job architecture, job descriptions, and compensation frameworks
- Analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and vendor performance
- Prepare compensation models, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Ensure compliance with pay equity, FLSA, and compensation regulations
- Assist with benefits enrollment, communications, and employee inquiries
- Partner with HR and Finance on budgeting and workforce planning
- Support Total Rewards projects such as plan redesigns or system implementations
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of compensation principles and benefits administration
- Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and compensation tools
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (FLSA, ACA, ERISA)
- Attention to detail and process accuracy
- Collaboration with HR, Finance, and leadership teams
